Nipun Patel is a shareholder, board director and head of global supply chain at his multinational family business, Venus Group, headquartered in Orange County, CA. Since joining Venus in 2017, Nipun has helped streamline the company’s domestic operations and global supply chain, resulting in transformational change of the company’s financial statements and significant shareholder distributions. He graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a B.S.B.A. in Operations & Technology Management.

Upon graduation, he was recruited by Thermo Fisher Scientific for their highly competitive Operations Leadership Development Program in which he professionally mentored under the president of a multi-billion-dollar business unit. Completing the program in 2 years, Nipun then finished graduate school at MIT (M.Eng. Logistics) and the London School of Economics & Political Science (M.S. Management & Strategy) before returning to California to join his family business.

Nipun encountered CIRQ+ in 2017 and has helped the company in both raising capital and taking their revolutionary Smart Room system to the hospitality market in the USA (via Venus Group’s Hospitality Division). He has been serving as a board director of CIRQ+ since 2018. Nipun lives in California with his wife, Mandira.
