Rob Sayre is the Chief Information Officer for Bedrock Manufacturing, leading the technology teams with a strong passion for innovative solutions that streamline processes and provide superior user experiences.
Rob began his career in technology over 20 years ago, designing and implementing large networks, databases and other enterprise solutions for local and national organizations. He eventually transitioned to leading application development teams, where he implemented industry leading solutions in automotive finance, government, and mortgages that lead to his NIST Security Certification.
Prior to joining Bedrock, Rob spent the last several years at Amrock, the largest title and settlement services company and part of the publicly traded Rocket Companies (RKT) as the CIO where he was featured on CNBC for the release of the first mobile experience to close a home loan on a mobile device.
Prior to joining Amrock, Rob worked for another one of the Rocket Family of Companies (FoC) Bedrock Detroit which manages, builds, and supports all of the 100+ buildings owned by Rocket founder Dan Gilbert. At Bedrock Detroit, Rob oversaw all of the low-voltage technology for the Shinola Hotel as well as several other hotels in Detroit and Cleveland.
Rob also worked in automotive finance focused on digital transformation at Open Dealer Exchange (ODE). During this time Rob and his teams created and launched services allowing for consumers to purchase and finance a vehicle with no paper. This solution is now in dealerships around the country.
Throughout his career, Rob has built a reputation for promoting change and innovation to create solutions with the end user in mind. He accomplishes this by building great teams and enabling them to do amazing things through collaboration and a focus on culture.
